With life becoming increasingly faster and schedules busier, we are often tempted by one-stop-for-all products and half-ready food. As a result the organism doesn’t receive all the essential minerals and vitamins, thanking us with dull or blemished skin, fatigue, low energy levels and moodiness. When natural and organic products are added to the daily beauty routine and diet they can fill those gaps and give us more energy to overcome the challenges we’re faced with every day. The beauty advantages are countless – clearer skin, shinier hair, healthier nails are only top of the list.
Today I am thrilled to tell you about a company dedicated to the natural lifestyle. Baldwins was established in 1844 and is still open today. The company offers a mix of aromatherapy, herbs, supplements, essences, foods, drinks, home accessories, books and even craft supplies, all completely natural, environmental friendly and ethically made. None of their products are tested on animals and the organic essential oils are backed by the Soil Association which campaigns for healthy, humane and sustainable food, farming and land use.
You don’t have to change your entire life, just add a few natural treats to you routine. For example, can you think of a better way to end your day than lighting a few calming lavender candles and adding the Synergy Soothing Oil to your bubble bath, while enjoying a cup of tea? My favorite scent no matter the season is Apple and Cinnamon. Treat you hair with a natural shampoo and conditioner catering for its needs and replace your cleanser full of chemicals with a natural one that won’t leave it stripped or irritated.
Your body will thank you for every small change you make. Start today!

A knock on the door on Saturday morning announced the arrival of the July Glossy Box. I've never been so happy to be woken up on a Saturday. This is by far my favorite Glossy Box I've received. The seaside theme makes me want to pack my swimming suit and sunscreen, go to the beach an never come back. It's not just the colors of the box that are great, I love every single product I've received this month!

Every decade has its fashionable charm, but out of all the 1950s I love the most. I should’ve been born when beautiful dresses with tiny waist and flaring skirt were the everyday attire, when there was nothing sexier than a perfectly fitted pencil skirt and beauty was a full time occupation. These were the most feminine and fabulous years in the history of fashion when Christian Dior, Cristobal Balenciaga and Hubert de Givenchy were making history, while Marylin Monroe and Audrey Hepburn were shining on the silver screen.
However, the fact that I am a 90s child and grew up in dungarees or that it’s 2013 and the edgy vibe is all the rage, doesn’t stop me from wearing what I love. My wardrobe is full of 50s inspired pieces that I reach for daily. I often sew my own clothes not only because I enjoy the process as much as the result, but also because it’s often hard for me to find clothes that I really love in store.
Imagine my excitement when I discovered Fever London, a brand characterized by vintage inspired prints and feminine silhouettes. The timeless elegance of the clothes cannot remain unnoticed, these are pieces that highlight the woman’s beauty without being overpowering, fitted and flaring at all the right places.
I wish I could order their entire collection in every color, building a capsule wardrobe. I somehow managed to narrow down my wish list to five gorgeous dresses that would become staples in my wardrobe if (when) I purchase them.
Visit Fever London’s ONLINE STORE or visit them at 52 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8ED.
What’s your favorite fashion decade?

I am one of those people that always needs a plan or at least a rough idea of what's coming. The lack of it makes me anxious, worried and restless. Now, with graduation approaching so fast that I can't even catch my breath, more than ever I need to remind myself ...

Catherine Lavinia is a freelance in marketing, in love with the summer and passionate about fashion. She loves traveling and laying by the pool just as much as I do! As I won't be enjoying the pleasure of soaking up the sun this year I decided to ask her for expert advice on swimsuits to share with you. Here are Cath's thoughts ...
Nothing screams summer like a showing off a fashionable statement swimsuit by the poolside. There are number of new and diverse styles to choose from, meaning there is something to suit every girl when it comes to holiday glamour.

Exfoliators of all types are some of the most hyped up products in the beauty world. Drugstore and high-end brands flood the market with their formulas, promising cleaner, brighter and younger skin, some of them claiming to be appropriate for daily use. While dermatologists agree that exfoliation is an essential step of a healthy skin care routine, they also point out that if overdone it may lead to serious issues.

“A perfume such as had never before been made – a woman’s perfume with a woman’s scent.”― Coco Chanel

Roaring Twenties and to Chanel No.5,
by French artist Sem, 1921
The story of the legendary Chanel No. 5 has been told time and time again, but the mystery behind the scent and the name of the perfume remains. There are three different versions about the origin of the scent and several hypotheses about the meaning behind the innovative name of No. 5.

We're half way through the year and it is time to share with you my favorite things for the month of June! It has been a month of color and experimentation. I finally dared to wear more brights on my eyes and the MUA Poptastic Palette and Barry M's Liquid Eyeliner in Electric Blue definitely came in handy! La Roche-Posay's Effaclar Mat quickly became my holly grail moisturizer and I used a gradual tanner for the first time in my life!
What I am most excited about is that this time I finally decided to try to make a video for you! Filming feels very different than blogging and is way out of my comfort zone. I really hope you enjoy it and if you do I might try to post videos more regularly.
